Milestone Towers is proposing a wireless telecommunications facility at Woodgrove High School, addressed 36811 Allder School Road, Purcellvile, VA 20132.
The proposal is for a 165-foot lattice tower and will include ground equipment required to operate the facility.
This equipment will be located at the base of the structure in a secure fenced area. Loudoun County Public Safety and AT&T will be the first to locate on the proposed tower.
Survey, FAA, FCC, NEPA, Phase 1, Geotechnical Analysis.
Community Meeting, LCPS Board review, Town and County approval process.
Conduct Bid Walk With Contractors and school representatives, Submit Site Plan and Building Permit applications.
Tower construction = 4-6 weeks | Carrier construction = 4-6 weeks on average
On-site supervision by Construction Manager | Schedule with schools to minimize disturbance to student activities.
Four visits per year for site maintenance | Remove trash, debris, check signage.
Annual RF testing | 2-4 visits per year for carrier modifications.
